My name is Omari Knight. You might know me as *redacted* though. Many of you are already familiar with me in some capacity—as a son, brother, nephew, cousin, or friend. I chose to adopt this pen name as a means of freely expressing my thoughts without reservation.

Having spent my entire life in Upstate New York, this place has shaped me in profound ways. It’s where I had my first kiss, where I lost my virginity, where I experienced my first fight, and where I first encountered heartbreak and death. I am, and will always be, a product of the 518.

This blog serves as an outlet for me to share my experiences—the struggles, the aspirations, the losses, and the victories. It’s a space for me to embark on a personal journey of self-discovery, and I hope that through these words, I can uncover something meaningful within myself.
